Where do you ship to?
We are shipping throughout the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 days and are then typically shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on shipment location..
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We use USPS or UPS.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated by weight. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping and will automatically be applied at checkout.
Can I make a return?
In order to qualify for a return, you must contact customer service within 14 days of your purchase (see return policy).Once you connect with customer service regarding your return, you will be further instructed on return shipment plans

I haven’t received my package.
For missing packages, please allow 48 hours past expected delivery date before reaching out to customer service. Confirm with your order receipt that you have entered the correct shipping address. We will do our best to determine if there was a problem on our end or with the delivery carrier.
